Return Policy
All plants are handpicked guaranteeing healthy well rooted plants. Before we pack the plants, all plants are inspected and packed carefully, A sturdy box is used as outer packaging, for the interior corrugated card, hay or straw is used. When you open the box please be careful while unpacking as can create a mess.
If you received a plant that its not in perfect condition, please contact us immediately but please consider the following
Please Consider the time of year when ordering plants
If ordering plants during winter months might be in dormancy, or plants not in season. If you receive a pot of soil doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong the plant the root system will get checked ensuring the plant will be healthy,
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the plant with a problem. we will be happy to arrange replacement or refund.
Incorrect goods
If we sent you something you hadn't ordered, please contact us within 7 days informing us of the problem, please sent back in the same state it was received, You can return it within 30 working days unused in its original packaging and you will not be charged.
Damaged in Transit
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us via e-mail within 14 days informing us of the problem. If you receive the parcel damaged please sign for the goods as damaged and photograph the delivery before opening the parcel and send the photograph to us via email. You may return it within 28 days and either get a replacement or a refund. Please make sure you give us your order number and return the item in its original packaging.

Returns
You can return anything you're not happy with within 28 days of receiving it provided you have contacted us within 7 days of receipt to advise of its return and that it's not something you've decided you disliked! once received.
We will not pay the costs of returning an item to us.
For your protection we recommend you use recorded delivery service for any item being returned, until we receive the goods you are returning, They are your responsibility.
To get a full refund, simply return the item to us in its original condition, in its original packaging within 28 days of cancellation. Please make sure you give us your order number for us to process refund.
If the item has been damaged, used or is not returned in its original packaging, we reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value if the item needs to be reduced in price for resale.
