We only send within the UK mainland at this present time. We aim to dispatch your plants within 3 - 5 working days.
Delivery Rates
- Standard Delivery – £5.95 — for orders up to £20.00 (2–3 working days)
- Express / Next Day Delivery – £7.95 — orders over £20.00 are automatically upgraded to Next Day Delivery
- Free Postage – Available on selected products (automatically applied at checkout)
How Your Plants Are Sent
- 1–3 plants in 9cm pots are sent via Royal Mail 48hr
- 4+ plants in 9cm pots are sent via Royal Mail or Courier
- 1 Litre pots are sent via Next Day Delivery only (£7.95)
Dispatch Days
We dispatch orders Monday to Thursday. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday. We do not dispatch on bank holidays — dispatch days will be affected around bank holidays.
Express Delivery Cut-Off
Order before 2pm Monday–Thursday for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm or over the weekend will be dispatched the next available working day.
A Note on Plants
All our plants are carefully packed to travel safely. If you have any concerns about your order on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can help.
Courier used on both services will depend on Quality and weight of the plants, once courier has been chosen tracking number will be given enabling to track you're parcel.
Some of our products can only be sent using Next Day delivery, due to the weight and size of our products.
